Thanks to Yelp for directing me to this place. I have a 2001 Corolla which I have considered exchanging for a finer set of wheels many times. However, my steed has served us well and loyally over the past many years. So I decided to get it some floss and polish instead. Detail Addict did everything I was looking for in terms of getting my car interiors looking spiffy again, all at a reasonable price! They even got rid of the ugly black spots that were an eyesore. The lady who helped me explained the work that had to be done and my options clearly, and at the end of the day I walked away knowing exactly what I wanted. It took a day for them to pretty up my car and the next day when I came to pick it up, it was waiting, all cleaned up. I would recommend this place highly to anyone looking to get vehicle detailing done.

It's kinda hard for somebody like me to give love to my car without a part of me feeling like a total douchebag, so I delegate that awful responsibility to DetailAddicts. I'm confused like that.
When a job takes as long as you would have taken doing it by yourself, you know you are getting high quality work. I cannot say enough good things. It's hard these days to find people who really care about their craft.

I am picky about my car and I will say that Detail Addict exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do a great job but both prior and post detailing they took plenty of time to make sure I was getting the right package and was pleased with the results. I will be back.

I almost did not recognize my car when they were finished cleaning and detailing the exterior and interior. Since my car was mostly parked outside, they used a special clay to remove the fine particles that accumulate over time and can't be cleaned by a regular wash. The finished product was like new - shiny clean and smooth as silk. Sadly, I sold the car immediately afterward and could not enjoy my 'new' car, but without Detail Addict, I'm sure I could not have sold it so fast and at the price I wanted.

I've been to several detail shops in the Bay Area and these guys are the best. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful. They checked the thickness of the clear coat so not to remove too much. Then they started the detail and were able to remove the swirls and haze from my paint so it looks better than new. Detail Addict will be the only detail shop I go to from now on.

My situation with my car's detail was a hectic/complicated one.
I live over 1 hour away from Detail Addict's location. I have an appointment setup with Premier on Tuesday AM for a clear bra/satin guard. I haven't washed my car since it was purchased (2 months ago) and it was filthy. I wanted a clean slate/car for Premier to work on. My regular detail guy could not make the scheduled appointment we had setup prior for my Premier clear bra install. With my E92 being Jet Black and having the so called "Soft black BMW paint"...i didn't want to ruin the car's finish with me doing the 1st wash..
so I Pm'd Nick@DetailAddict sunday late night or monday 1:30am (lol) asking for a detail appointment for their "Silver Package" anytime for Monday. I ask him if it was possible to get seen on such short notice. Nick calls me at 7:30am and says they can schedule me as their last customer but will have to drop my car off at 3pm and would have to possibly wait till 7pm to maybe 8pm. I surely take their offer and made the drive considering all the positive things I've heard about them and with no one else willing to take my appointment request on such short notice.
Once their, right off the bat, they let me know that it's gonna be a long wait for me due to the prior customer there requesting to do another type of detail service for his car. I said, "Sure no problem. Thanks for the heads up." While there, Treu (spelling?) lets me know that she can drop me off at a strip mall with a movie theater to kill some time and even offered to pick me back up later that evening at 8pm.That was much appreciated.
Considering that it was now 8pm and Premier being closed, I could not drop my car off at Premier. I thought I was forced to drive back to Green Valley from Santa Clara or maybe even leave my car in Premier's parking lot overnight. Now, Leo steps in and says, "I hate for you to waste a just completed detail and leave your car in a lot overnight. Why don't you leave your car here in our shop and just pick it up tomorrow and drop it off at Premier in the morning?" Leo offered this option after he was concerned how I was going to get home IF I didn't drive my car back. (I eventually took BART to Walnut Creek where my wife picked me up)
it was a long day but the staff at Detail Addict more than made up for it.
Their Customer service was through the roof. I couldn't believe it because we all know that today's society, customer service is just not a priority to alot of businesses.
From squeezing me in their tight schedule and understanding what I had planned for the car, to dropping and picking me up at the movie theater to offering to keep my car in their garage bay overnight and letting me pick it up in the morning...everything is much appreciated.
I just wanted to share this with anyone in the Bay Area looking for a detailer. I didn't even bother talking about the detail job on my M3 because the customer service was all I cared for. But the M3 detail was top notch also.

Thanks again! Leo, I'm STILL bugging out over those 3 rock chips- I shouldn't have looked!! lolI took my beloved Mark1 Miata to Detail Addict after some neighbor kids vandalized the trunk lid by smearing some really sticky gunk on it. I was afraid it would need a repaint, but Leo was able to remove it and did a great job on the entire exterior. His price was quite competitive with other shops I investigated and he was sensitive to my price point and didn't try to "up-sell" me on a detailing package that I didn't really need. Great work, great attention to detail, and great attitude. Highly recommend!

Leo, wanted to thank you again for the great detail and teaching me the details on proper car washing, maintenance, etc.

Just had my Z detailed here and it looks better than it did when I picked it up from the factory. I had the silver level service done and their cost was very reasonable. Leo also went over paint maintenance and things I was doing wrong while washing the car. Very helpful and knowledgeable people. I would absolutely recommend Detail Addict to anyone looking to improve their paint quality. 5*

Dropped my car off for an engine bay clean. Went to coffee lunch for about an hour or so. When I came back, Leo was doing the finishing touches on my engine. All I can say was wow. I have 170K on that engine. Yet when I set eyes on it, it was like it had 0 miles on it. Fresh form the new car lot. Displayed my car at a car show. Mind you my engine bay does not have a whole lot of bling, yet the judge was impressed at how clean it looked. Props to you Leo. Awesome job. Will definitely come back for repeated services.

All I have to say is.. phenomenal service here.
I made an appointment to drop of my car next day to have the winter package applied to my cars exterior, and have the interior protected with something with spf. While dropping it off I asked about a good place to get tint done. Leo said that they have a shop that could do it around the corner, and he could get it done for me right after the detail. They had the car most of the day and had it ready right when they said they would, that evening.
When I picked it up, Leo let me go over the car to make sure I approved of the work. Seriously, the car looked so good I thought it was edible. I saw some swirls in the windows and Leo explained that was from the adhesive for the tint, and needed to dry over a couple days. A couple days went by and the swirl marks weren't going away, so I called Leo to ask about it. He said he'd be happy to work with me to resolve it, even if it meant going back to the tint shop, since the shop gives a lifetime warranty on the tint. I said I'd wait a couple more days to see what happened.
Now after leaving my car out in the sun, the marks were still there. I was beginning to worry that I had received a sloppy tint job, but I was going to wait it out. A couple days after telling Leo I'd wait it out, *Leo* called *me* to see how the tint was looking. That is phenomenal.. he knew I was concerned and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of so he followed up with me. I thought that was so cool.
Anyway, I was embarrassed when I found out the swirls were not the tint adhesive between the tint and window... they were just dirt on the outside of the tint from the application process. I didn't have any cleaner that was tint-safe, so Leo offered to clean all the windows for me if I brought the car by. He took care of it immediately and didn't even charge for it. Awesome.
Leo was very knowledgeable and helpful all throughout. He's the kind of guy who is going to stay late at work if he needs to in order to make sure the job is done right. I will definitely be going back.
